About This Program
At JCT Machon Tal, women are offered the tracks of Software and Industrial engineering, as well as electro-optics and bioinformatics.
Engineering is at the heart of innovation in today’s rapidly advancing technological world. The engineering programs at JCT prepare students with a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and core engineering principles, while emphasizing practical application and technological problem-solving.
Students gain hands-on experience through labs, projects, and collaborations with leading Israeli companies, giving them the skills and tools to design, build, and improve complex systems in fields such as electronics, electro-optics, software, and communications.
Graduates of JCT’s engineering programs are in high demand in Israel’s high-tech and defense industries and are well-equipped to pursue advanced degrees and research opportunities.
Course Structure: During four and a half years of study, students must accumulate 120 credits of required courses and electives.
Students in the Engineering Track, the first two years will include Ulpan (Hebrew-Language studies) and afterwards students will be able to transition to the different Hebrew Engineering Tracks: Software, Industrial, Electro-Optics, Bioinformatics (Pre-med), and Computer Science*.
*Bioinformatics and Computer Science are three and a half years.
